Using this Woztell feature you will be able to add/remove your agents massively from WhatsApp channels on Zoho Cliq. The steps you have to follow are:
On Zoho CRM, go to Leads or Contacts module. By using the filters we can prepare the list of customers we want our agents will be added/removed from. Once the list is prepared, we can select them and then click on the "Update Woztell agents" button.
When we click on "Update Woztell agents", a pop-up will appear. We will be able to choose if we want to add or remove agents.
We can choose which agent (or agents) we want to be added/removed.
Also, on the bottom side, we will be able to check how many customers we've selected, how many of them don't have the "WhatsApp number" field filled on Zoho CRM, and how much time will take to get your agents added/removed.
Then we can click on the RUN ACTION button.
When the action gets finished, the system will send a confirmation email to the user who started the action.
