The Automation page in WOZTELL gives you access to the full Zapier experience, offering a powerful automation environment without leaving the platform. You can connect and automate hundreds of applications and processes from one central location.
To access the Automation page, click the icon next to the Marketplace in the top right corner of WOZTELL.

Trigger: Receive WhatsApp messages in Zapier
When you receive a WhatsApp message, Zapier can capture:

Action: Send session messages from Zapier
Send messages during an active WhatsApp session triggered by another connected app. You can:
- Define the channel and recipient number
- Dynamically populate variables using trigger data
Action: Send template messages from Zapier
Use pre-approved WhatsApp templates to initiate conversations automatically. Set:
- Channel
- Recipient
- Language
- Variables from trigger data
Note:
You can only send session messages when the WhatsApp conversation window is open, according to WhatsApp Cloud API's usage policy.

How to get started
1. Create your accounts
Make sure you have an account in both WOZTELL and Zapier. Both can be free.
2. Connect WOZTELL with Zapier
Log in to your Zapier account go to "My Apps" from the left-hand menu
Click "Add connection".
Search for and select WOZTELL.
Click "Connect" and authorize using your WOZTELL credentials
3. Start creating Zaps
You can now use WOZTELL as a trigger or action in Zapier to automate WhatsApp Cloud API tasks and streamline your workflows.
