How to reset Woztell integration

To reset the token and get Woztell integration working again we have to go to Zoho CRM with the Super Administrator account and go to the Settings section:

 



 

Next, we go to the Marketplace section and select All.

 

 

 


We go to the Installed section and look for the Woztell extension, called VERIFIED WHATSAPP BUSINESS FOR ZOHO CRM by WOZTELL and then click on Configure option.

 

 


Within Configure, on Integrations section, we can see Revoke option.

 

 


We have to revoke these permissions and click on Authorize option to accept the permissions.


 


We need to make sure that we always choose PRODUCTION environment so that it works properly.


 


Once this is done, the integration will work again.
