At Woztell we offer a native integration of WhatsApp Business API with Zoho Cliq, Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk.
The basic integration for multi-agent messaging is with Cliq, and you can add:
CRM, to manage your sales, create campaigns, and automate messaging
Desk, to manage the customer support
You have to select either CRM or Desk. So, if you started using Woztell with CRM and decide to switch to Desk, or vice versa, you can request it at any time.
The switch has a setup fee of $99, which covers the migration, and a 30-minutes onboarding session, necessary for your team to succeed with the new solution.
If you are ready to make the change, follow the steps below to make the request:
Send an e-mail to support@woztell.com
We will ask you to confirm if we can charge you the setup fee, and you must reply to the email confirming that we can charge it to your credit card on file.
After receiving confirmation, we will charge your registered credit card.
After payment confirmation, we will reply to your email with a calendar link so you can book the migration session.
At the migration session, we will make any necessary changes, test if your new solution works, send you training videos, as well as a link to book the onboarding session.
