Changing the Woztell extension admin with Zoho
The Woztell email administrator has to be the same as the Zoho email administrator.
Important: Whenever you change the administrator in Zoho you have to let us know so that we make the change in Woztell, otherwise the Woztell extension will not work correctly.
If you want to change the administrator email in Woztell, you must follow the following steps:
- Manage the change of your organization's super-administrator with Zoho;
- Once you have made the switch to Zoho, send an email to our support team (support@woztell.com) notifying that you wish to change the administrator in Woztell;
- You will receive a response from our support team, sending you a calendar link to book a remote session with our team to finalize the configuration. The person participating in the session must be able to access the administrator's account.
- After activation of the new administrator, modify the configuration of webhooks and connector tools such as Zoho Flow and Zapier, used for automated WhatsApp sending. You will need to update the WOZTELL_ADMIN parameter with the email of the new super-administrator.
During the period while Zoho changes the super-administrator until we make the change and acceptance of permissions in Woztell, the integration will stop working.
