From Cliq, you can:
- create and validate a new template,
- quick send template from a list, and
- send a template with or without parameters

Open a channel in Cliq
In the writing field, insert the command "/w - new", and pulse enter twice
Code is the reference to identify the template when an agent wants to use it. The codes are a unique reference for a template, you can't have the same code associated with multiple templates. It is an alphanumeric code with only a lower case and underline (_).
The category is the message type. Mind that what you write in the template needs to match with the category to be validated by WhatsApp.

Language is the language that you are writing this specific template message you want to validate. Have in mind that WhatsApp does not allow phrases that mix multiple languages, neither grammar errors.
4. Click "next" and insert the template content at the fields listed below:
Header
This is a mandatory field. Select one of the following format options:
Note: it is going to leave the template without a header
Text: it is possible to create a sentence of máximum 60 characters.
Image, Video, or Document: insert the URL with the format, ie https://woztell.com/wp-content/LOGO_WOZTELL_fondo_blanco.jpg
Body
This is a mandatory field, and it must be a text. Write the content with a maximum of 1000 characters. It is possible to give it a personal touch using emojis and apply style as listed in this table:

Moreover, it is possible to add parameters to the template to be filled with different values-based. Write the parameters as numbers in this format: {{1}}, {{2}} ... {{10}}. The limit is 10 parameters.
Footer
This is an optional field. Write the content with a maximum of 60 characters.
See an example of this process of creating a template:
Insert /w -new, and click enter twice
Insert the information in the form filling the mandatory fields: code, category, and language
Insert the information of the header, body, and footer.
When approved this will be the way this template will look like when it is sent.

After you create the template and click send, you will receive a notification with WhatsApp status on a 1-day average, and a maximum time of 2 days.
The status is approved or rejected, and they will be shown like:
Whatsapp rejection explanation always consists of the template not complying with their policy.
From a Cliq channel, the agent can request the list of validated templates, get the code and send it. This is a quick way to send templates that do not contain parameters.

In a channel, write /w - list, and click entre twice to directly check the approved templates, or write /w - list click in the box See available template and pulse any key to view the approved, pending or rejected list option. Click in the list you want to open.
2. After selecting the list, it will appear showing up to 100 templates:

Code: the unique ID that is used to send a template
Language: the language in which is written the template content.
Template: it is the template content
3. Send the template you choose from approved template list by writing /w #code and click enter
How to send a template from a form?
The benefit to send a template form a form instead of a list is that you can send messages with parameters in addition to the standard template messages.
In a Cliq channel, write /w -send, and click enter twice

Code: select template from the list.
Body: when you select the template code from a list you will see the text in this field.
If you select a template with parameters, the parameter fields will appear to be completed. Below is an example of a template with one parameter:
Parameter {{1}}. In the case you selected a template with more parameters, more fields will show up, like Parameter {{2}}, Parameter {{3}}, and so on until a maximum of ten parameters.
When filling the parameters fields, you can use fixed value or dynamic value based on information that is registered in the CRM for Lead or Contact information.

Imagine you have a template like this:
In this case, you could have the following text in the parameter fields:
Parameter {{1}}: John
Parameter {{2}}: USD 500
Parameter {{3}}: development, implementation
Parameter {{4}}: training
When you click to send this template, the text will be sent as:
Dynamic value
You can fill the parameter fields with variables that will bring the information from the Lead or Contact information that is recorded in the CRM.
These are the possible variables, and you need to write it in the parameter field with the hashtag and capital letter.
