Delegated payment vs. direct payment

Delegated payment vs. direct payment

Payments for WOZTELL licenses can be made directly by the company subscribing (direct payment), or by any individual or legal entity designated to do so (delegated payment).
In either case, the customer on the subscription, and therefore responsible for the legal content and the usage of the messages managed by WOZTELL, is the one that carries out the subscription.

REASONS TO DELEGATE A PAYMENT

There are a variety of reasons why a company may prefer to delegate the payment of their licenses. Among others:
  1. A company that offers services based on WOZTELL applies a specific price to its final customer.
  2. The customer has a payment method that is not flexible and prefers that someone else handles the payment.
  3. The customer either can´t or doesn´t want to contract out of his own country, pays in a different currency, etc.
  4. The payer is another company within the corporation.
  5. etc.
In each of these instances, the final customer must always accept the terms and conditions of the companies listed below:
  1. Woztell Sanuker S.L., as the WOZTELL license provider.
  2. Sanuker Europe And Latin America S.L., as the provider of WhatsApp Business API (if using WhatsApp)
  3. WhatsApp, accepting the commercial, usage, etc. policies published on their website.

ISSUING INVOICES

In every instance, invoices will be made out from the company Woztell Sanuker S.L to the company that is making the payment, and will not be affected by payment method, currency, etc, unless there is a previous agreement negotiated by the parties involved that indicates otherwise.
