  1. Which is the cost of each plan?

  2. Which is the price of sending WhatsApp templates?
    The price of the templates messages follows the pricing policy of WhatsApp. Please visit this site to know more. https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/pricing
  3. What types of costs do exist?
    1. There is a setup cost, which depends on the quantity of numbers/plan you are going to use.
    2. There is a subscription fee, for the use of the solution, the servers used, tools updating, support, etc.
    3. There is a cost per message that can be 0€/session message or cost per template sent.
    4. It can be administrative costs in each case.

  1. Must I subscribe to 2 licenses if I want 2 WhatsApp Business numbers?
    Yes. You need 1 license per each WABA used with WOZTELL.
  2. I don't use CRM. Can I buy WOZTELL?
    Yes. You can use WOZTELL to communicate with your customers, without using a CRM.

ABOUT SETUP

  1. Why pay a setup?
    The setup is the work carried out by our team to register your subscription. The works can be high in servers, verification, documentation, training, etc.
  2. How much is the setup?
    The cost of the setup depends on the number of contracted numbers. It is showed at the moment to contract in this LINK

ABOUT PAYMENTS PROCESS

  1. What are the payments methods?
    We use STRIPE to manage the subscriptions. Due to this, you can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc. If you prefer to pay by transfer bank, you can ask for pay yearly to our pre-sales team.
  2. In which cases should we pay a bonus?
    If you want to start the conversation with your client, outside the 24-hour window, you must use WhatsApp templates that have a cost. The bonus is used to pay for these templates, and any other administrative costs related to your subscription.

ABOUT STOP THE SUBSCRIPTION

  1. Can I pause the service?
    If you’re not going to use the service for a while, it will be enough if you stop sending messages. We don’t recommend you to cancel it, to avoid having to pay for the service again and redo the entire registration process. During the time you don’t use Woztell, you will only pay for the monthly fee.
  2. How to stop using WOZTELL?
    Just send an email to presales@woztell.com 7 days before the next renewal and the subscription to the service will be stoped. If you have an unused bonus, we will make a refund after completing your subscription.

ABOUT BUSINESS POLICY

  1. Which business is allowed by WhatsApp?

  2. I want WOZTELL. How long does it take to start using it?
    The setup and verification take up to 10 days and it starts from the moment we have received payment from you.
  3. Can I send promotions to my customers?
    WhatsApp doesn't want to you send promotions to start the conversation out of the 24h window. To start the conversation you will have to define your templates and it will be approved by WhatsApp. If you are inside the 24 hours window you can send the message that you like. 
  4. Can I choose my templates or are they standard templates?
    Templates are chosen by each client. Although we, as Woztell, can recommend which ones are easier to be approved by WhatsApp. 
  5. I use WhatsApp Business. Do I have to verify my account?
    Yes. Verification to integrate business software is a process that all companies must pass.
