New user registration
Anyone can kick start with WOZTELL by creating a free account within 2 minutes. New users signing up directly with the platform will be creating an app under their name as the App Owner.
On the other hand, if you are signing up via invitation from an existing WOZTELL app, you will be creating an account without an app under your name.
Sign up as new user
If you are an organic user who signs up directly with WOZTELL without invitation, you will go through the following registration flow, and eventually obtain an app as the App Owner.
Account creation
1. Head to https://platform.woztell.com/signup to kick start the account registration.
2. After filling in the user information in Step 1, click "Next" to proceed.
3. In Step 2, fill in the account information.
4. You can opt in or opt out for the demo and onboarding session.
If you select "Yes, do it", a new window will pop-up after completing the registration, which allows you to book for the demo and onboarding session.
5. If you are signing up with a partner, please also add the Partner Code in Step 2.
6. Upon filling in everything needed in Step 2, you can complete the registration by clicking "Go!".
Verify email
7. The WOZTELL account has been created successfully. Despite the email not be verified yet, you can still navigate the platform.
REMINDER:
The platform will limit unverified users from using some of the features:
- Create channels
- Invite team member
8. To verify your email, click "Verify here" on the banner or open it in the mailbox and click "Verify Now".
9. When you are redirected back into WOZTELL, "Confirm" your login email.
Now, you have become an verified user in WOZTELL!
10. As a user who signs up directly with WOZTELL, you have created an app as an app owner.
Sign up via Invitation
To begin with, the Admin or App Owner of a WOZTELL app have to send an invitation to you. If you are being invited without an existing WOZTELL account, you will go through the following registration flow.
Accept invitation
1. Once the invitation is sent, you can receive the invitation in your mailbox.
2. You will be redirected to https://platform.woztell.com/login, if you don't have a WOZTELL account, select "Sign up" to create an account.
Account creation
3. In https://platform.woztell.com/signup, fill in the user details.
4. Click "Next" to complete the registration.
Reminder
Since invited members are signing up only to join an existing app, they are not required to go through the Step 2 of the registration.
Verify email
5. The WOZTELL account has been created successfully. Despite the email not be verified yet, you can still navigate the platform.
