How to Use WhatsApp Media Uploader for WOZTELL Campaigns

Guide to uploading files to the Cloud API Library in WOZTELL

In this article, we explain how to use the WhatsApp Media Uploader function to upload your image or video files to the WOZTELL platform, ensuring that the files are available for use in your WhatsApp campaigns.

Step 1: Campaign Template Approval

Before proceeding with the file upload, make sure that your campaign template has been approved. Once you have confirmation that the template is approved, you can proceed with the following steps:

Step 2: Access to Bot Creator

  1. Go to the Chatbots tab in the main menu.
  2. Click the Bot Creator button to access your bot's configuration options and its associated campaigns.

Step 3: Using the WhatsApp Media Uploader

  1. Inside the Bot Creator, find the WhatsApp Media Uploader icon.

  1. Click on this icon to open the option to upload files.

WarningNote: Make sure that the files you upload do not exceed 20MB in size to ensure they are accepted by the platform.

Step 4: Upload your files to the Media Library

  1. Once inside the Media Uploader, select the image, video, or audio files that you want to upload.
  2. Select the phone number ID and the file type you wish to upload.


  1. The system will generate a Media ID for each file that you will need to use when sending your WhatsApp campaigns.
AlertImportant: do not modify the MEDIA ID. This identifier is crucial for the chosen format to work properly when sending the broadcast.
InfoImportant: keep in mind that the files remain in the media library for only 30 days. After this period, the files will be automatically deleted.

Once you have completed these steps, you will be able to use the uploaded files in any WhatsApp campaign you are creating on the WOZTELL platform.
