Some "contact done" by the leads with WOZTELL can generate a duplicate lead in our CRM. We get the alert message and need to decide which info we want to save.

Tools involved

  1. Duplicated and original lead in ZOHO CRM
  2. New Ticket in ZOHO DESK

Process

Presales will do:
  1. Approve the duplicated lead
  2. Deduplicate leads
  3. Decide which data in fields has to be set
  4. Send a message to lead using WOZTELL
  5. Manage the lead
