1) Once in the Woztell platform, you should go to the Channels section, in the upper bar.

2) In the "Channels" section, select the channel in which you want to reconnect the number by clicking on the blue "Edit" button.

3) On the left-side menu, you should click on "Platform" and then scroll down up to the end, where you will find the "Reconnect" section.

4) The code you must introduce in this section is the one you established as 2-factor authentication (2FA) when you onboarded the phone number.  

Once you complete these steps, your new display name will be updated and visible in your WhatsApp profile.
