In this article, we will explain how to reconnect the connection with the Woztell platform when you try to send a message and receive this error alert:
In order to reconnect your service with the Zoho integration, you must log in into your Zoho's SuperAdmin account and to follow these steps:
1) Go to Zoho Cliq
2) Click on the Widgets section on the left sidebar
3) Choose the Woztell widget
4) Then, you will be able to see the "Start WhatsApp Conversation" tab
5) Go to the Settings section by clicking on the other tab
6) Click on the green button to reconnect the service with the Woztell platform. Please, bear in mind you must have access to an admin account in the Woztell platform to be able to reconnect the service
7) After that, reload the page just to confirm it is working again.
Once you have completed these steps, the error message won't appear again when you send messages through Zoho Cliq.
