How to unsubscribe from WOZTELL?

Important considerations before canceling your subscription

  1. Our team is ready to assist you. We recommend contacting us to find a solution regarding technology, business, investment, or cost.
  2. Only account administrators or the App owner can perform the cancellation.
  3. According to our Terms and Conditions, the cancellation request must be made seven (7) days before the next renewal. If you meet this deadline, your subscription will be stopped and no additional charges will be applied after the effective cancellation date. 

Step 1: Access the Subscription section

1. Click on the Settings icon.
2. Select Subscription from the menu.



Step 2: Select the Cancellation option

In the Subscription section, you will see your active plan. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.

 

Step 3: Indicate the reason for cancellation

To proceed with the cancellation, you must select one of the available options::
  1. Pricing – The price does not meet your needs.
  2. Inbox issues – Problems with the inbox.
  3. Integration issues – Difficulties with integrations.
  4. Platform usability – The platform is not easy to use.
  5. Features behavior – Some features do not meet your expectations.
  6. Change to another provider – You have decided to switch to another provider (you need to specify the provider's name).
  7. Operations or billing problems – Problems with billing or operations.
  8. Support issues – Problems with support.
  9. Partner issues – Problems with an associated partner.
  10. No longer need it – You no longer need the service.
  11. Other – Other reason (you must specify it in the text box).


Step 4: Last step, confirm the cancellation

On the last screen, you will see the confirmation:
"Your cancellation request has been received. The subscription will remain active until the end of your plan (e.g., 2025/09/27), after which it will be canceled. Once canceled, you will have limited access to the FREE plan, and your data will not be deleted."



How to revoke an ongoing cancellation

1. Go to the subscription page:
2. Click on the Revoke Cancellation button.



3. A message will appear confirming that you are staying with WOZTELL, and you will even be able to schedule a free onboarding session with an expert.
