In this article, we'll explain the steps that must be followed to update Woztell's extension. By doing this you'll get the latest version on Zoho CRM.
The first step will be signing in to your SuperAdmin account.
Then follow these steps:
1) On your Home page, click on the Settings icon on the right top corner.
2) Then, go to the Marketplace section and click on All.
3) After that, go to the Installed section and look for the Woztell extension and click on Configure.
4) You will be able to check there if there is any update available, and if there is, you'll be able to update it.
5) Once we click on Update we will see the following screen where we will have to mark both checkboxes and click on the Continue to Upgrade button.
6) Then, on the following screen we will choose the Install for all users option and we will click on Confirm.
After this process, the Woztell extension will be updated to the latest version.
