LIVECHAT AGENTS

LiveChat agents, or simply Agents, are the employees in your company that will handle your WhatsApp communications. They will, therefore, read, send, and receive messages in order to manage customer needs.
They may work with the awareness of everything going on with all the phone numbers managed by WOZTELL, or they can be available only when requested by a team member.

ACTIVE AGENT MONTHLY, INCLUDED

Active agents are any WOZTELL users that "send" messages to customers. Dependent on your selected plan, the maximum number of agents able to send messages will differ.
However, if you exceed the number of agents in your plan for one or two months, WOZTELL will still allow you to continue working normally.
If you use webhooks or connecting tools such as Zoho Flow, the active agent that sends these messages will be the Super Admin.

ACTIVE AGENT MONTHLY, EXTRA

The number of active agents that use WOZTELL within each month, is reset every 1st of the month. If you exceed the number of agents included with your subscribed plan, each additional agent has a cost, as indicated on the page https://woztell.com/pricing, and it will be discounted from your available credit.

VISUALIZATION AGENTS 

Visualization agents are those that can see the conversations but do not send messages to customers.
