Modification of the welcome message

When receiving a new message at our verified corporate WhatsApp number from someone we haven´t had a conversation with yet, an automated response will be sent (Welcome message). To modify this answer we must perform the following steps:

  1. We access our Zoho CRM from the super-admin account

  2. We open the Settings section



      3. We access ALL under the MARKETPLACE section




      4. We look for the extension "VERIFIED WHATSAPP BUSINESS FOR ZOHO CRM by WOZTELL" in the installed extensions and access the Settings section



      5. We modify the message in the FIRST CONVERSATION MESSAGE section and click on SAVE
