Get more information on why a template has been rejected
If a template has been rejected, you can check the reason by following these steps below:
1) Click on the following
link to go to Facebook Business settings:
2) Once you are in the Facebook Business settings, go to the left-side menu, click on WhatsApp Accounts and select the WABA where the rejected template is located.
3) Click on the WhatsApp Manager button you will find on the Settings tab once you've chosen the WABA:
4) Once you have accessed it, you will find a briefcase on the left sidebar.
5) Choose the Message Templates option and you will be able to see all your templates.
6) Select the rejected template and click on it
7) The alert message will show why it has been rejected and will help to edit the template for further approval
