Process

Depending on the variables, each strategy will be different:
  1. Event proximity: When the lead has recently been moved to a nurturing state the lead is hot. After a few days, the lead will cool off.
  2. Funnel point: The vocabulary and tools used are not the same if the lead is at stage 0 than if it is at 2, 3, 4, 8.1, 8.2, etc.
The variables the WOZTELL marketing team manages are:
  1. At what point is the lead in the decision-making process? How many days have gone by since the last company impact and how did it go? 
  2. What is the next step we want the lead to take?
  3. What is the best message we can send to get the lead there?
  4. When is the best moment to impact the lead?
