If you are using Zoho CRM integration, you can go to your Lead/Contact from the channel on Zoho Cliq, in case they are related.

Using this feature we will be able to execute a command on the customer's channel on Zoho Cliq related to a Lead/Contact on Zoho CRM.

The command we will use is "/crm".

If the channel is related to a Lead/Contact on Zoho CRM, it will show a message where we will be able to check the main information on Zoho CRM. The information that will be displayed is First Name, Last Name, email address, Lead Owner (or Contact Owner in case it is a Contact), Company name, Lead Source and Lead Status (if it is a Contact, this field won't appear).

Also, we will be able to click on the "View record" button and it will redirect us to the Lead/Contact on Zoho CRM.
