TYPES OF PARTNERSHIP

  1. What are the types of partnerships?
    There are 4 types of partners: (1) Reseller, they bring new customers to WOZTELL, the sale is closed or close to closing, (2) Technological, they assist WOZTELL customers in getting the most out of WOZTELL by creating automation, bots, reports, etc., (3) Service, they sell customer loyalty services, customer care, communication campaigns, etc. to their own customers and (4) Referral, they generate potential leads that will be managed by WOZTELL.
  2. Can I become more than one type of partner?
    There are cases in which technology and service partners prefer not to be referrals, to avoid a conflict of interest. You can request to become a partner as one, two, or three different types. Contact us here
  3. Does WOZTELL pay commissions to its partners?
    Yes. WOZTELL pays different types of commissions and incentives to its business partners.
  4. What kind of income can a partner generate?
    WOZTELL pays its partners (1) commissions for Woztell license sales, (2) rebates based on sales volume. Partners can also generate income by selling product services  (automation parameterizations, bot creation, training, etc.) and product usage services (communication campaigns, loyalty plans, etc.).
  5. I am not a company, can I become a partner?
    Yes. There are partners who are companies, freelancers, etc.
  6. Why does WOZTELL want partners?
    At WOZTELL we understand we have a lot of work to do and we need teams world-wide to help us achieve it.

ABOUT COMMISSIONS


  1. What commissions does WOZTELL pay?
    You must meet with us to get to know commission percentages. You can request a meeting here.
  2. When are commissions paid?
    Commissions get reported monthly and the partner can send an invoice to request payment at any time.
  3. Will my revenue from WOZTELL be recurring?
    There are recurring commissions and rebates by objectives.
  4. Where will I receive my revenue from WOZTELL?
    You can receive your revenue in any bank of any country that is not considered a tax haven, or that may have a conflict of interests.
  5. Can I lose the commissions?
    In instances where WOZTELL must (1) refund money from customer payments, (2) incur special expenses not agreed upon with the customer and/or with the partner, WOZTELL may report and process the return of a commission obtained from a specific customer.
  6. Do I have the commitment to make new sales?
    If you want to collect the recurring commissions and rebates, you must meet a minimum sales requirement during the commission period 
  7. If I make a lot of sales, is there a limit to the commissions?
    Of course not! Are you crazy?
  8. Does WOZELL pay in USD or EUR?
    Commissions are generated in the currencies with which WOZTELL works. You may have commissions in US Dollars and Euros. If this is the case, you must indicate if you want to receive both commissions in the same or different bank accounts.
  9. Do I need to need to send an invoice to get the commission?
    Yes. Once a month you get an email with the details of the commissions accumulated. If you send us the invoice we will proceed with the payment. If you prefer to accumulate them for later, the following month you will receive the full amount of your pending commissions.
  10. Can I get my commissions using PAYPAL or my bank?
    Yes. PAYPAL or bank transfers are our methods of payment for your commissions.
  11. When am I entitled to the commissions?
    As soon as you have accumulated more than USD300 or 300€.
  12. Can I lose my future commissions?
    Yes. You have the obligation to bring in customers during the commission period. If you do not, you may lose your right to collect commissions. To find out the minimum objectives, you can have a meeting with us by filling out THIS form.
  13. Who pays the taxes, currency exchange costs, etc?
    Any expenses incurred by the payment of commissions are covered by the person receiving the payment.
  14. What happens if my customers call WOZTELL directly?
    Your customer can call WOZTELL and request help or information. If he indicates he is your customer, you will have no problem charging your commission.
  15. How do I notify who are the customers I am promoting?
    Within the partner platform, you can fill out a form with your customer's data. He will receive an automatic email, with CC to you, thanking him for his interest in WOZTELL. You can also send an email to new-deal@woztell.com with CC to your customer, introducing him to us.

ABOUT THE PARTNERSHIP CONTRACT

  1. Is there a partnership contract?
    Yes. The contract is signed when you bring in your first customer. We hate bureaucracy and we make commitments that benefit everyone.
  2. Can I terminate my partner contract?
    If you breach any of the ethical conditions of the contract, incur in bad practices, or other similar reasons, WOZTELL will terminate the contract unilaterally and you will have no right to claim.
  3. How can I become a partner?
    Fill out the CONTACT form. Choose the type of meeting you want and we will contact you once your request is received.
  4. Do I need to comply with any specific requirements to become a partner?
    Depending on what you want, you must choose one or more types of partnerships. Each type of partner has different needs and recommendations.
  5. If I am selling services that may compete with WOZTELL, Can I become a WOZTELL partner??
    In WOZTELL we believe our service has no competition. The most important thing for us is that your business goes well, so there is no conflict in selling other services.
  6. How can I end my partnership with WOZTELL?
  7. You can send an email to partner-support@woztell.com at any time and request the termination of your contract. After 7 days, your commissions will be calculated, an analysis of the partnership commitments will be made and you will be contacted to end the relationship.
  8. Can WOZTELL stop my partnership contract?
    If at any time a partner breaches the partner contract, acts against WOZTELL interests, or is sanctioned for breaching his country’s national or international laws, in any aspect related to business ethics or the universal declaration of human rights, the contract may be terminated without notice or right to claim.
  9. Is this page a summary of the partner contract?
    No. This page is merely informative: for the exact Terms and Conditions of the partner contract, you can contact us here. The only document valid and recognized by WOZTELL is the contract detailing the exact terms and conditions between WOZTELL and the partner.
  10. Do I have to learn how to setup WOZTELL to become a partner?
    No. All of WOZTELL's configuration needed to set up WOZTELL is done by WOZTELL technicians.
  11. Can I sell WOZTELL directly?
    WOZTELL is a subscription service, between the customer, who owns the FACEBOOK account and the WhatsApp number, and WOZTELL. To comply with data protection policy and quality of service, the service will always be between WOZTELL and the end customer. Payment can be made by the end customer or others on his behalf. If you reach a sales agreement with your customer, we may need the signature of the end customer to finalize the agreement.
