PayPal Integration with WOZTELL - Secure Payments via WhatsApp

PayPal Extension

Introduction

This extension allows you to integrate WOZTELL with PayPal, a payment service provider. It enables you generate payments links with an inbox action in order to provide secure Stripe payments to your customers directly from WhatsApp.

Installation

To install the PayPal extension on WOZTELL, you can follow the step-by-step guide in this article.



PayPal Business account

1. Create a PayPal Business account

2. Once created, access Apps & Credentials and copy the Client ID and Client Secret




Connect PayPal to WhatsApp

1. Log in to your WOZTELL account
2. Once inside the platform, access to the Marketplace




3. Search for the PayPal extension and click on Get




4. Click Get again, fill in the Alias and Description fields and click Install.

5. Once the extension is installed, access it from Installed Extensions and, in the settings, paste the Client ID and Client Secret you copied from your PayPal account




How it works

1. Access the WOZTELL platform Inbox and, by clicking on the lightning bolt icon below the text box, choose the PayPal option to generate a payment link:



2. Complete the fields with the quantity to pay and a thank you message:


3. A payment link will be sent
