Quick Flows

Automate responses and improve your WhatsApp experience with Quick Flows

In this article, you’ll learn how to install the Quick Flow extension in WOZTELL, create your first custom command, and test it from the Inbox to automate WhatsApp responses easily—no coding needed.

What is Quick Flow and how does it work with WOZTELL?

Quick Flow is a feature within the WOZTELL ecosystem that allows you to send predefined WhatsApp conversation flows using custom commands. These flows can include interactive buttons and dynamic variables, providing a more structured and engaging experience for your customers.

It's especially useful for teams handling customer support or sales who want to speed up responses without building a full chatbot.

Main advantages of Quick Flows

  1. Automation without the need for coding: Create structured interactions without programming.
  2. Time-saving in customer service: Answer FAQs or collect information automatically.
  3. Greater control and consistency in responses: All agents can use the same flow to ensure coherent responses.
  4. Enhanced user experience: Guide customers through an interactive and structured conversation.
  5. Easy implementation and customization: Edit and adapt flow to different needs in just a few steps.

Use cases

  1. Send product or service information with interactive options.
  2. Automate FAQs like order status or payment methods.
  3. Guide users to book appointments directly from the Inbox.
  4. Redirect conversations based on user type (support, sales, etc.).
  5. Trigger flows for follow-ups without manual effort.

How to install and configure Quick Flow

Installing the extensión

1. If you don't have the Quick Flows extension installed, now is the time to install it by searching for it in the same "Marketplace" panel.

2. Once you find the Quick Flows extension, click on "Learn More".

3. Next, click on "Get Extension", and then, in its pop-up window, click on "Install".

Creating a new command

4. Once the extension is installed, go to the "Installed Extensions" subsection within the Marketplace panel.

5. Find the Quick Flows extension you just installed and select it to proceed.

6. At this point, another pop-up window will open, where you can manage all installed Quick Flows commands (create, edit, and delete). To create a new one, click on "Add Command".

7. Now it’s time to configure the new command. Below is a brief explanation of each section:
  1. Title: The name that will identify the command within Quick Flows. It should be clear and representative of its function to facilitate its management and use in the flow.
  2. Tree Id: The identifier that represents the entire chatbot to which this command belongs. It groups all related messages and nodes into a single conversation flow.
  3. Node Composite Id: The identifier of the specific node within the chatbot where the message is located. This ID helps to locate and reference the command within the flow structure to ensure proper execution.
  4. Parameters: The parameters that will define the behavior of the command. These can include dynamic variables, predefined values, or user-entered data that influence the flow’s execution.
Alert
Important:
You only need to fill in "Parameters" if the message contains variables. If the message is static, this field can be left blank.

8. Once all the fields for the new command have been completed, click on "Save".

Done! Your new Quick Flows command has been created. Remember to use your Contact information responsibly.

Command verification and test

With the new command created, it's time to test it before using it with a real contact. Below is a brief explanation of how to perform the check.

1. Once the command is saved, go to the "Inbox" panel from the top navigation bar.

2. Select a test contact (you can choose your own number or a test user). Once selected, click on the automation icon.

3. Once the selection window opens, click on "Quick Flows".

4. A final pop-up will appear with all the created Quick Flows commands. To send the test, simply click on the send icon and then confirm the submission by clicking on "Send".

Done! The message will appear in the conversation with the selected contact.
