Refresh the connection to the Woztell server

Whether you have removed the connections with Zoho CRM external applications or you need to update the connector, there is a system that does it automatically. Follow the steps below using the Zoho CRM administrator:

1. Access the Settings section of your Zoho CRM (Access with administrator).


2. Go to the All tab in the Marketplace section.



3. In the installed extensions, look for VERIFIED WHATSAPP BUSINESS FOR ZOHO CRM by WOZTELL and access the Settings section.


4. Click on the REFRESH SERVER CONNECTION button.















5. In the next window you must choose the correct organization. In our example, the organization under Production:


6. Accept the connection permissions with Zoho:














7. Once accepted, you will see confirmation that the window can now be closed:



With these steps, you have refreshed the connection to the server.
