Using this Woztell feature we will be able to mark a WhatsApp message and save it on Zoho CRM.
The procedure to use this feature is:
Choose the WhatsApp message by right-clicking or clicking on the 3 dots that appear on the right side of the message.
Choose "More" to check more actions.
We will be able to select the "Save message" feature.
When we click on the feature, the message will appear as saved with an emoji as it is shown on the following image:
Once the message is marked as saved, we can look for the customer on Zoho CRM, and on the "Saved message from Zoho Cliq," we will be able to see the message, date&time when it was sent/received and a button that can take you directly to the message on Zoho Cliq.
Also, if the message saved is a media file, it will be added to the "Attachments" section on the customer on Zoho CRM and we will be able to download it whenever we need it.
