Selling Chatbot projects

Selling Chatbot projects

The ChatBot license has the same features as the LiveChat license and in addition to the increased limit of agents and customers, it allows us to use it with Facebook messenger chat, chat web, Microsoft and Google artificial intelligence, and also provides access to our chatbot platform. These options offer us unlimited customization possibilities, so it is necessary to analyze each customers' needs in order to offer the best service.

This license cannot be purchased online because, due to the complexity of the variables, the license is sold with the first chatbot, so each license is associated with the "turnkey" project that implements it.

Who will execute the Chatbot project?

Due to the complexity of the project and the lack of knowledge on how to use our platform, Woztell will be the one to execute the Chatbot development and implementation project. In this case, the partner will help coordinate the meetings, collect necessary information, and any other action that contributes to the closure of the project.

The partner will receive training on the subject so that, in the future, he can carry out the initial consulting, modify the project implemented by Woztell and execute the Chatbot in other channels such as Facebook messenger or chat web.

What to consider when selling a Chatbot project?

To understand how the customer needs to use the solution, we will analyze the following aspects:
  1. Customer industry
  2. How many users will work with the solution.
  3. Business model.
  4. If integrations are needed, with what systems.
  5. In how many languages must it be developed.
  6. If files will be sent.
  7. If there will be authentication, such as availability confirmation to confirm meetings.
  8. How the solution is displayed.
  9. When they will subscribe.
  10. When they want it operational.

Any additional information the customer may have in regards to the solution, such as a decision tree, etc. can help us better understand what is really needed and how the solution should be structured.

Who invoices the project and under what conditions?

The project will be executed and invoiced directly by WOZTELL.
Dependent on the selected server (Europe or Asia/America) the invoice will be in Euros or American dollars.
The payment method will be agreed upon with the customer based on the complexity and the time it takes to make it. The business proposal will reflect the features of the Chatbot, the price, and the payment conditions.

What benefits does a WOZTELL partner have?

In the first place, offering a solution to a customer's problem, which will contribute to their loyalty; second, during 24 months, the partner will receive a commission from each monthly license sold, and third, they will obtain a percentage off the sale of the Chatbot project that will vary between 5% and 10% depending on the type of project.

What are the customer costs?

There are two types of costs in this kind of project: on one hand, a fixed amount, which will be a one-time payment for the development and implementation of the Chatbot, and on the other hand, a recurrent amount corresponding to the monthly license fee.

If modifications or a total change of the ChatBot is wanted, the customer can choose from several options depending on its complexity, where the following cases may occur:
  1. Do it yourselfThe customer has gained enough experience and decides to do it himself, as he has access to the chatbot platform.
  2. Partner Woztell*: The customer cannot do it and requests help from the partner, who is qualified to assist.
  3. Woztell*: The customer cannot do it and the partner decides that it is better to request assistance directly from WOZTELL.

*Observations: Should you select option 3 and need help from WOZTELL, a rate of $100/hour will apply. If the new project is executed by Woztell, the partner's commission will be based on the new characteristics.
