Switch on and off a WOZTELL chatbot from a Zoho Cliq channel
In this article, we will explain how to pause and resume WOZTELL chatbot activity for a customer using a Zoho Cliq command.
To complete the process we will perform the following steps:
We must go to the Cliq channel associated with the client. There are only 2 options in the command ( /bot -on and /bot -off). Any other option will have no effect and the system will display the possibility to switch the bot on/off through buttons.
We will type /bot -off to stop the chatbot. If the bot is already stopped, it will notify us and will display the option to resume it.

If you have any bot associated with the platform's Live Chat, it will start working
When we want the chatbot to resume its normal activity, we will type /bot -on. If the bot is already running, it will notify us and will show the option to stop it.
If we choose a channel of a client that is not registered in the WOZTELL platform members, the command will show this info.
