Sales team goals

All companies that have sales teams have similar goals. After hundreds of client surveys to understand how WOZTELL should work, the main answers in order of priority are:
  1. To establish a direct communication channel: answer a client as fast as possible and show our response "in front of their eyes"
  2. Collaborative work: all workers must be able to close the sale, quickly and easily
  3. Traceability of information: the content of conversations with our clients must always be accessible
  4. To increase the opening rates of our communication with the client: ensure that our messages reach our clients
