Manage Engine Service Desk Plus is comprehensive user support and asset management software. ME Service Desk Plus Cloud provides business agents and IT managers with an integrated console to monitor and maintain assets as well as user-generated IT requests for resources in an organization.

ZOHO Flow allows you to integrate this application to easily send WhatsApp templates. At the time of writing this article, the main integrations are:
  1. Request created/updated with/without a template: activates when the details of an existing request are updated
  2. Task closed: launches when a task is closed
  3. Task created: launches when a new task is created in a request. 
If you wish to send a template from your Service Desk Plus Cloud  when any of the above events occur , you will need your licenses for:
  1. Manage Engine Service Desk Plus Cloud
  2. Zoho Flow
  3. Woztell
