How to Integrate WOZTELL with MAKE and Send WhatsApp Template Messages

Introduction

This guide will walk you through the process of connecting WOZTELL to MAKE and automating WhatsApp template messages through visual flows — no code required.

1. Access MAKE

1. Go to eu2.make.com
2. Log in or create a MAKE account.

2. Create a New Scenario (Example: Google Sheets)

1. Click on “Create a new scenario”.
2. Search for and click “Google Sheets” if you want to trigger WhatsApp messages from a spreadsheet.
3. Select “Add a Row” as your trigger module.

3. Connect Google Sheets

1. Click “Create a connection” and name it.
2. Click “Sign in with Google” and grant access to your Google account.

4. Add WOZTELL as Action Module

1. Click the “+” icon to add a new module.
2. Search for “WOZTELL” and select it.
3. Choose the option: “Send WhatsApp Template Message”.

5. Connect Your WOZTELL Account

1. Click “Create a connection” inside the WOZTELL module.
2. You’ll be redirected to account.woztell.sanuker.com.
3. Log in using your WOZTELL credentials (email and password).
4. Confirm and authorize the connection.

6. Configure WhatsApp Template Message

1. Select the approved WhatsApp template you want to use.
2. Fill in the necessary variables (name, product, time, etc.).
3. Map the data from Google Sheets or the app you're using.

7. Finalize Your Flow

1. Click “Save” in all modules.
2. Run a test to validate the workflow.
3. Click “Activate” to make the scenario live.

8. Important Notes

• You must have your WhatsApp message templates pre-approved by Meta inside WOZTELL.
• Make sure your phone number is verified and active in your WOZTELL account.
• If data fails to load, refresh the scenario and verify connection settings.
