WhatsApp Webhooks
WOZTELL is prepared for use with third-party applications to send and receive WhatsApp messages, regardless if they are session messages or templates.

The use of forwarding webhooks or web services is conditioned by the tool you use in your processes. Each application that can use webhooks, either has a graphic interface for configuration, or it must be developed following the instructions in the developing language of the software manufacturer.
Managing WhatsApp responses
If your software is capable of managing WhatsApp responses or your team is able to develop it or contract it through WOZTELL, it will be possible to receive your professional WhatsApp numbers' incoming messages at a location of your choosing.
