Woztell roadmap H1 2026: The future of our conversational platform.

Innovation is never a perfectly straight line

At Woztell, our mission is to help companies build scalable customer relationships through our conversational platform.
Today, thousands of businesses trust Woztell for one of the most critical tasks in any organization: communicating with their customers. We understand the great responsibility this represents for our entire ecosystem — including our clients, partners, team, stakeholders, and Meta.
To continue improving the platform, our product leadership team held a roadmap planning session on January 19–20, 2026. During these sessions, we reviewed, discussed, and prioritized the initiatives that will shape Woztell’s product development for the first half of 2026.
Our roadmap for H1 2026 remains clear in terms of our global objectives:
  1. Simplifying conversational experiences
  2. Improving platform performance
  3. Expanding IA + Automation capabilities
  4. Integrating business systems
These priorities will help us continue building a more powerful, reliable, and scalable conversational platform for businesses worldwide.

 An exercise of transparency

At Woztell, we set ambitious goals when defining our product roadmap. Our objective is not only to improve the platform, but also to help businesses unlock the full potential of conversational communication through WhatsApp.

In 2025, we worked tirelessly to build the integration with WhatsApp Calling, a major milestone that transformed the way companies interact with their customers within the conversational ecosystem. The journey was more challenging than we initially expected, but our mission remains clear: to empower thousands of companies with this technology.

And why such transparency? Because even in our best days, we experience occasional communication channel bugs or unexpected challenges. If you are reading this, you probably understand that innovation is never a perfectly straight line.

With our H1 2026 roadmap, we continue moving in that direction—building, improving, and pushing conversational technology forward for businesses.
This roadmap is also an exercise in transparency. We want our clients, partners, and community to understand where the platform is going and how we are building the future of conversational engagement.

Why this roadmap matters

Companies adopting WhatsApp Cloud API for customer communication face several challenges:

The H1 2026 roadmap is designed to further strengthen this vision and help companies scale their WhatsApp communication strategy.

Additional initiatives on our radar  (We trust we can achieve at soon as we can)

Beyond the core priorities defined for H1 2026, there are several initiatives that we consider strategically important for the evolution of the Woztell platform.
While they are not part of the immediate execution scope, they are actively on our radar, and we aim to move forward with them during H1 2026 if resources and opportunities allow.
If not, these initiatives will likely become part of the H2 2026 roadmap.
Some of these capabilities may be developed internally by the Woztell team, while others could be externalised through partners or specialized teams, depending on how priorities and resources evolve during the semester.

Expanding channels, AI capabilities, and integrations

These initiatives are focused on expanding the Woztell ecosystem and strengthening the platform as a multi-channel conversational hub.

TikTok channel integration

As social messaging continues to evolve, companies increasingly want to manage multiple communication channels from a single platform.
The TikTok channel integration would allow businesses to centralise conversations and engagement within Woztell.

AI Everywhere Layer

Artificial intelligence is becoming a key component of conversational platforms.

The AI Everywhere Layer aims to introduce AI capabilities across different areas of the platform, helping businesses automate interactions and improve conversational experiences.

Inbox productivity improvements

Several improvements are also being considered to help teams manage conversations more efficiently:
  • Smart assignment
  • Advanced filters
  • Template manager UX improvements
These features would enhance the productivity of teams handling large volumes of customer conversations.

Expanding the integration ecosystem

Another important focus area is expanding the Woztell ecosystem through new integrations.
Current initiatives under evaluation include:
  • Six new external SaaS integrations. (When we publish this one, we are already in two via our Partners of WOZTELL)
  • WordPress plugin WOZTELL Conversational
These integrations will help businesses connect their websites, marketing tools, and CRM systems with WhatsApp automation, making it easier to build fully integrated customer communication workflows.
Some of these initiatives may be developed outside the core Woztell development team. This flexible approach allows us to accelerate innovation while maintaining focus on the platform’s core priorities.
