Zoho Cliq, not loading

If we are experiencing slow loading of the Zoho Cliq page and even get a message that "the page is not responding", this is because we have several unread conversations. This is due to the way Zoho Cliq works, loading all unread conversations at startup.

In order to mark all conversations as read and to be able to access Zoho Cliq web we can do so in the following way:

      1. Login to our Zoho CLiq account from the Mobile APP (AppStore o GooglePlay
      2. Once in, all our unread conversations will load.
      3. In the right upper corner, click on the three-dot symbol.




      4. Click on the option See Unread Chats



      5. Once in the list of unread chats, click again on the three dots symbol.




      6. After clicking, the option to Mark all as Read will appear. Click this option to liberate the unread chat system.


This must be repeated until all chats are marked as read, as this process only marks 100 chats at a time.
