In this tutorial, we will explain step by step how to create a Flow to trigger actions when you receive a WhatsApp message, for example.

Before we begin, make sure you have the following:
– A free or paid WOZTELL account (if you don’t have one, you can create it here).
– A Zoho account with access to Zoho Recruit.
Let’s get started!

Create Your First Flow

1. Connect your Zoho account with access to Zoho Flow.
2. Click on “Create New Flow.”

3. Give it the name you prefer and choose the type of flow you want. In our case, we will choose “App,” which will open up various possible choices. Select “WOZTELL.”

4. Once you’ve chosen WOZTELL, you need to select which event from the available options will trigger your flow. For this example, we’ve selected the “New Message Received” trigger.

5. After selecting the event, you’ll need to connect your WOZTELL account, and you’ll be prompted to log in.

Next, it will ask you which WOZTELL organization you want to use.

6. Now, choose the channel from your organization that you want to use for this flow.

That’s how you configure the Flow trigger.

In this brief demo, we will add the action we’ve created for the tutorial, which is to send a WhatsApp session message.

Every time you receive a message on this number, it will send the text: “This is a message from Zoho Flow.“
