Inbox: How to Install and Use Inbox Application

The WOZTELL INBOX application is available for all customers and enables the management of all customer or potential customer conversations through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and Webchat. It is compatible with Android and iPhone.

Our INBOX has both a mobile and desktop version you can install. Plus, you’ll have access for all members of the WOZTELL organization at no extra cost.

Before starting to use the INBOX application

Connecting Channels to WOZTELL’s INBOX

1. Go to https://platform.woztell.com/inbox from your computer.

2. Click on “Settings“ in the bottom left corner.

Navigate to the “Channels” tab, where a list of existing channels will be displayed. Click on “Connect” to link a channel to the INBOX. If you haven’t connected your channels yet, go to https://platform.woztell.com/welcome.

Now, you can start sending and receiving messages from the WOZTELL INBOX.

Install the INBOX app on your device


On mobile devices (Android and iOS):

1. Access the INBOX app: Open your browser on the mobile device and go to https://inbox.woztell.sanuker.com/v1.0/inbox/ 

2.  Add INBOX to the home screen:
  1. On Android (Chrome): A pop-up will appear to install the app. Tap Install. Then, in your apps, look for INBOX, press and hold the app, and tap Pin to Home.

On iOS (Safari): Tap the Share button and select Add to Home Screen. Then confirm by tapping Add.

3. Log in to INBOX: Open the app from the icon on your home screen and log in using your WOZTELL credentials.


4. Allow notifications: When logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to allow notifications. Make sure to enable them so you can receive alerts for new messages.


On desktop devices (Windows and macOS):

1. Access the INBOX app: Open Google Chrome and go to https://inbox.woztell.sanuker.com/v1.0/inbox/.

2. Install the app on your desktop: In the address bar, click the install icon (a monitor with a downward arrow) and follow the instructions to install the app on your system.

3. Log in and allow notifications:
  1. Open the app from your desktop.
  2. Log in with your WOZTELL credentials.
  3. Make sure to allow notifications when prompted.


4. Pin the INBOX APP to the start

Whether you’re using Windows or macOS, we recommend pinning the app to your session start.
On macOS, do it with “Keep in Dock”, while on Windows, pin the app to your taskbar.

Another way to pin INBOX to the home screen

In Chrome on Android, you will see three dots in the browser after logging into the INBOX. Click on these three dots ( top right corner) and select “Add to Home Screen"; this way, you will have direct access to the app on your mobile like any other.

In Chrome on iPhone, you will see three dots in the browser after logging into the INBOX. Click on these three dots (bottom right corner) and select “Add to Home Screen"; this way, you will have direct access to the app on your mobile like any other.

In Safari, when entering INBOX, a pop-up offers to add the app to your home screen “Add to Home Screen “. If it doesn’t appear, use the icon with the upward arrow to find the same option.

How to use WOZTELL’s INBOX on mobile

How do you send live messages through WOZTELL inbox?

1. In the top right corner of the INBOX, a magnifying glass  allows searching for conversations with a specific member.

2. To manage communication with a member, it’s necessary to open their conversation and write the text in the writing box.

3. Clicking on  will display four options, and with Live Chat mode, it is possible to activate or deactivate a chatbot in the conversation.

How do you manage conversations in folders?


1. At the top are the pre-created folders where you can manage your conversations. It is possible to create new folders from the desktop version and configure them as public or private.

2. To move a conversation to another folder, open the conversation, click on the three dots, then click on the “ Move” option and select the folder.

How do you assign conversations to users/agents?

Assign To. This function allows assigning communication to a particular user/agent for follow-up.

When a conversation is assigned to an agent, it will appear in the folder containing the star icon ★.

How do you manage member information

1. Member info. When accessing a member’s profile, it’s possible to obtain their name, through which channel they contacted us, and phone number.

2. In “tags,” it’s possible to create labels to segment the member in the member’s module; in “notes,” it’s possible to add observations.

How do you send a WhatsApp Cloud API Template to a user who has previously interacted with us?

1. If the 24-hour window with the user is closed, and you want to send a template message, click on the lightning icon ⚡︎, select WhatsApp Cloud, and Send Message Template.

How do you send a WhatsApp Cloud API Template to open a conversation?

1. To start a conversation with a user who has never written to you, go to the start of the INBOX and click on the icon ⚡︎. Select WhatsApp Cloud, select the phone number you want to contact the user, and finally, Start a Conversation.

2. A pop-up window will open where you must complete the country prefix and the user’s phone number and select the template you want to send. Clicking on “confirm” will create a conversation with the user.

How do you add more users/agent to your Inbox?

1. On the desktop version, go to “Settings” (in the top right corner) and select “Team Members“. From there, define the role you want this user to have to access the INBOX.
