Introduction: WOZTELL + MAKE

The integration between WOZTELL and MAKE allows you to automate conversations and connect WhatsApp with over 1,000 applications through a visual, no-code interface. Before you start building scenarios in MAKE, it’s essential to ensure that certain requirements are met to guarantee smooth functionality.

Requirements

1. Active MAKE Account

To design and run workflows, you’ll need an active MAKE account (formerly Integromat). You can sign up at eu2.make.com.

2. Active WOZTELL Account

WOZTELL is the platform that allows you to connect messaging channels like WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger to MAKE. Make sure you have an active account at woztell.com.

3. Connected WhatsApp Channel

If you plan to use WhatsApp in your automation scenarios, you must have a WhatsApp number that is connected and approved by Meta. This includes:

  • A verified and active phone number in your WOZTELL account.
  • Access to your Meta Business Manager to manage permissions and settings.

4. Approved WhatsApp Message Templates

To send proactive messages through WhatsApp, you’ll need to use pre-approved message templates. These templates must be:

  • Created from your WOZTELL account.
  • Submitted for review and approved by Meta.
  • Correctly linked to the WhatsApp number you plan to use.

Why are these requirements important?

Meeting these prerequisites will save you time and help prevent technical issues. While MAKE and WOZTELL integrate seamlessly, having all accounts, templates, and permissions correctly configured is critical to ensure your workflows run smoothly.
