Meta Ads in WOZTELL: What you need to know before you start

The Meta Ads functionality in WOZTELL lets you connect your Meta ad account, view active ads, automate responses with chatbots, and analyze key metrics from a single dashboard.

Before getting started with Meta Ads in WOZTELL

To link your ads to chatbots and measure performance within the WOZTELL platform, you’ll need:
  1. Access to the Ad Account you want to connect
  1. Access to create chatbots in WOZTELL

Meta Ads User Guide 

1. Authorizing your Meta Ads account

  1. Go to the top menu and select the Meta Ads option.

  2. Click Authorize Account and follow the Facebook authorization process to grant permissions.

    1. You will need to grant permissions in this order: 

      1. Which business portfolio you want to associate

      2. Which associated pages you want to connect

      3. Which ad account you want to connect. 

    2. Finally, you’ll have to confirm everything is correct and proceed. 

       

2. Selecting your ad account

Once authorized, select the corresponding ad account from the displayed list.


3. Viewing and creating active ads

  1. After connecting the account, you will be able to view all active ads, showing:

    • Ad Name

    • Ad ID

    • Ad Image

    • CTA (Call to action)

  2. To create a new ad, click Create Ad to be redirected to: Facebook Ads Manager

  3. You also have the option of direct redirection to manage active campaigns.





4. Managing conversations from ads

5. Results analysis

  • In this table you can review your ad results — remember this data comes directly from your Facebook Ads account

    • This table displays key metrics to analyze the performance of your "Click to WhatsApp" campaigns integrated with WOZTELL:

      • Campaign Name: advertising campaign name.

      • Amount Spent: total spent on the campaign.

      • Impressions: number of times the ad was displayed.

      • Total number of CAPI recorded: events recorded by CAPI (Conversion API), allowing more accurate user action tracking.

      • Total number of purchases: total purchases generated by the campaign.

      • Total number of leads: total leads captured (users who showed interest or shared their data).

      • Message Conversations Started: number of WhatsApp conversations started from the ad.

      • Cost per Message Conversation Started: average cost per WhatsApp conversation started.

      • These metrics help you measure your ads' real impact, identify which campaigns generate more engagement, and adjust your strategy to improve ROI.
