Setup step 5: WhatsApp approval
Once WhatsApp has approved your number and company, the server configuration must be completed, so, as indicated in step 1, we need you to delete the WhatsApp account currently used to give WABA control (WhatsApp Business API).
Since during the transition process there is a period of time where no application handles incoming messages, it is common for them to be lost.
We will give you exact indications of when to delete your WhatsApp account, as seen in this sample message:
In order to minimize the transition period, we propose that you delete your WhatsApp account next TUESDAY, JULY 13, so that on FRIDAY, JULY 16, early morning in Spain, we can finish the configuration and deliver the solution on the same day.

D) [NEXT WEEKDAY+2] [NEXT DAY+2 XX/MONTH] 09:00-09:30: Personalization of the profile of your WhatsApp account by the Woztell team
E) [NEXT WEEKDAY+2] [NEXT DAY+2 XX/MONTH] 09: 30-10 :00: Woztell integration with Zoho. Your intervention will be necessary. At this point, it is important that the person has access to the super-administrator account of their Zoho.
In order for programming to start on the scheduled day and not be postponed, you must reply to the received message, confirming the schedule, and sending the requested information.
During the process, you will receive an email with the domain stella.sanuker.com in which we will be in copied, with the sole purpose of keeping you updated and where your intervention will not be necessary.
PLANNING the NEXT STEPS
A) Deletion of your WhatsApp account before 6:00 p.m. local time
If you do not have a WhatsApp account created for your phone number, you can skip stage A and advance to stage B.
It is important to execute this action before 18:00, local time, as we coordinate with teams in other time zones to configure Woztell on your WhatsApp Business number.
Attention: By deleting your WhatsApp account, conversation history will be deleted, and you will not be able to have WhatsApp Personal or WhatsApp Business on this number in about two months. This process cannot be reversed.
To delete your WhatsApp account you will have to take the following steps:
1) Open the WhatsApp application on your Android or iPhone device.
2) Go to the Settings page
3) Select Account
4) Select Delete my account
5) Perform the steps as indicated to remove the WhatsApp account from the phone number.
6) Delete the WhatsApp application from the Android or iPhone device where you have the phone number.
7) Confirm that the account has been deleted at setup@woztell.com
Once the WhatsApp account has been deleted and we have activated WABA, it will not be possible to create a new account for this number.
B) Server configuration by the Woztell team
In this process, we will configure the server according to your subscribed plan. In this stage, your intervention is not necessary.
C) Verification of the ownership of the number
Upon completion of the server configuration, it is necessary to verify you are the owner of the number. For this, there will be an authentication process where you will receive a code, by means of an SMS or call, that you will have to provide to us. In order to complete this action, we need you to have access to the phone number where the service will be installed. A technician will call you and guide you step by step.
D) Personalization of the company profile on your WhatsApp account
In order for us to personalize the company profile, we will need you to send us the following information:
1) Profile picture:
Extension: .jpg
Maximum size: 5MB
Dimensions: 640x640
2) Description: Maximum 256 characters
3) Address: Maximum 256 characters
4) Category: Select a value from those indicated below the image.
5) Email: Maximum 128 characters.
6) Website: Maximum 2 web pages.
7) About your company: Maximum 139 characters
