TRIAL version features

  • How many ZOHO users can use the TRIAL?
    Unlimited users can use your WOZTELL licenses.

  • What number is used to send messages from my CRM?
    WOZTELL has a number verified by WhatsApp to run this demo. WOZTELL authorizes you to use it in the terms and conditions that WOZTELL has defined.
    You have to use your own number if you want to send or receive messages from your own customers.

  • What actions can I perform in the TRIAL version?
    The TRIAL version has been created to test in real-mode the features of sending and receiving messages, messages display within the CRM, use of texts and files, creation of WORKFLOWS, and generation of reports.

  • Are there differences between the TRIAL version and the FULL version?
    Yes. The FULL VERSION, in addition to everything included in the TRIAL, has bulk sending of template messages, creation of communication campaigns, unlimited communication of leads/contacts, and other features.

  • How long will my TRIAL version be active?
    Your TRIAL version will be active for 15 days. If you need more, you can contact us at presales@woztell.com or https://wa.me/16506145421 to extend your trial time.

  • Should I have a special ZOHO plan?
    You must have a ZOHO CRM Enterprise and ZOHO CLIQ account. Remember that if you do not have them, you can activate them in TRIAL mode within your ZOHO tool and then try WOZTELL. There are other ZOHO plans, such as ZOHO ONE, that have the necessary CRM and CLIQ.

  • How does the installation process of my TRIAL version work?
    Through the link you will find in the installation guide, you will install an extension in your CRM. Follow all the steps, you must accept the terms and conditions several times, and you will receive an email to ensure it is you who manages the CRM. You will see that after the installation of the CRM extension, it will assist you in installing a CLIQ extension. Altogether it should not take you more than 3 minutes. Please see this article.

  • SEND and RECEIVE MESSAGES

  • Can I send or receive messages from my leads or contacts?
    No. The trial allows you to send messages exclusively to your WhatsApp number so you can test its functions. At WOZTELL we must prevent anyone from misusing our DEMO number and therefore you can ONLY send messages to your own number. You will find your number in your CRM, under the “Mobile” field of the CONTACT tab, named Woztell Free Demo.

  • How do I send a WhatsApp? I have written a WhatsApp message, can I see the whole conversation
    There are several ways to do it. One of them is:
    Access the Woztell Free Demo Contact / Click "Go To Channel" / The message box will appear in your chat bar / Open the conversation and type “/w” followed by the message you want. Later you can look for the conversation in the search box of your CRM.

  • How can I test the "block number" feature?
    You can try to block the sending and receiving of messages. To do this, select the “No WhatsApp” option and try to send a message. You will verify that WOZTELL does not allow it.

  • How can I program a Template WhatsApp message in my TRIAL?
    This is not possible in the TRIAL VERSION. To Bulk Send Template Messages you must use the FULL Version, as template sending is a paid service. 

  • How do I schedule communication campaigns?  
    This is not possible in the TRIAL VERSION. To schedule a campaign you must use the FULL Version as campaigns are sent to several leads and contacts, and TRIAL only lets you work with your own WhatsApp number as the sole customer.
