What are the pay as use credits?

Pay per use credits are a value in EUR or USD that you deposit in your Woztell account, from which the use of templates, livechat agents and extra active customers is deducted.

Templates are charged on a per-message basis and the cost varies depending on the country where the message recipient is located. 

Plans include a specified number of livechat agents and active customers. 
Each extra livechat agent costs $5 per agent, per month, and extra active customers cost $0.09 per customer, per month.

For example, imagine you have the Livechat plan that includes 10 livechat agents and 1000 active customers, what would happen in these scenarios:
  1. Extra livechat agents
If in January your company increases the sales team from 10 livechat agents to 11 agents, that month you will pay $5 for the extra agent. If in February you go back to having only 10 agents, you will not pay extra.

If the company consistently has 12 livechat agents, it pays for 2 extra agents per month, for a value of $10 per month.
  1. Extra active customers
If in a month you have a surge of contacts due to a successful marketing campaign, and you are contacted by 1200 customers, this means that in that month you have had 200 active customers additional to the ones included in the plan. 
In this case, for that month you will pay 200 x $0.09 = $18.

If the following month you speak to less than 1000 active customers again, you will not have any extra costs.

How are credits renewed?

The value of the credits is defined at the time of purchasing the license.


The value you set at this point will be used to automatically top up your account and will be charged to your registered card every time you reach 80% of your credit usage. 
Your account will be automatically recharged, to prevent you from running out of credits because, if you do run out, your agents will not be able to send templates, or talk to new contacts.

Note: There is no expiration date for credits. Once they are loaded into your account, they will be available for you to use whenever you want.

Can I change the value of my credits?

You can change the value of the credits to a higher or lower value, to adjust to your monthly expenses and avoid having several payments during the month. 
To make this change, you must send an email to support@woztell.com, informing them of the value you wish to set.

Please note that the scale of values for credits is as follows:
  1. 20
  2. 50
  3. 100
  4. 250
  5. 500
  6. 1000
  7. 3000

Where can I check my available credits?

To check the credits used or available on your account, you can send a ticket to support or write to support@woztell.com, requesting a report.

What happens if I run out of credit?

As the recharge of credits is automatic, you will only run out of credits if there is a problem processing the payment on your card.
Always keep an eye out for emails from our finance team, because if a scheduled payment is attempted and it fails, a communication is sent to resolve the issue. 

When you run out of credits, in Cliq conversations you will get a ''BLOCK MESSAGE'' in all new conversations, and will not be able to send templates.
