How to create a connection between several applications with WhatsApp and Woztell using Zapier?

1) Create a connection to Woztell
In order to enjoy Woztell within the Zapier application, you must connect your Woztell account. To do this follow the steps below:
Log in to your Zapier account.
Select the "My Apps" option in the left menu.
3. Add a new connection with the "Add connections" button in the upper right corner.
4. Select Woztell from the list of applications.

In order for Zapier to access the Woztell account you will need to provide the Woztell token and the Woztell admin user. If you don't know this information click here to get it.
6. Once the fields are filled in, click on the continue button.
With this, you will have connected your Woztell account with Zapier. With this connection you will have access to create workflows with the following triggers and actions:
2) Receiving WhatsApp messages on Zapier
With the integration of Woztell with your Zapier account, you can receive WhatsApp messages from your verified number in Zapier. This will allow you to make Zaps from WhatsApp messages received on your number and connect them with actions from other applications. To do this, follow the steps below:
Create a new ZAP by pressing the "Make a zap" button.

2. In the trigger of your ZAP select Woztell.
3. In the "Trigger Event" field select "WhatsApp Message Received" and click continue.
4. Select the Woztell account that you connected to in the previous section and click continue.
5. In the Trigger configuration you can choose the number from which you are going to receive the messages. To do this, in the "Woztell Phone Number" field select the number verified by WhatsApp.
6. In the Webhook Tag field you can give a name to your trigger to identify it later. For example "Zapier notifications".
7. Click on "Test trigger" to verify that it has been created correctly.
8. Once the trigger is created you can continue with your ZAP and add the actions of the applications you want.
3) Send WhatsApp session messages
With Woztell you have the option to send WhatsApp session messages using Zapier. For this, you use the Zapier Action called "Send WhatsApp session Message". See this article to learn about the features of session messages. You can follow the steps below to add it to a ZAP.
Add a new action to your ZAP.

2. Select the Woztell application.
3. In the events offered, select "Send WhatsApp Session Message" and click on continue.
4. Select your Woztell account and click continue.
5. In the action settings, select from which verified number you are going to send the WhatsApp message. In the dropdown of the "From" field you can see all your verified numbers.
6. The "To" field must be filled in with the phone number you want to send the WhatsApp message to. In this case, you can use variables depending on the trigger that you have used in your ZAP. Remember that you must add the phone number in international format (with the + symbol and the international format of the country).
7. In the "Message" field, add the message you are going to send.
8. Finally, the "User" field is used to identify from where the message is being sent. For example "Zapier ZAP".
9. In the next step you will be able to check if you have created your action correctly.

4) Send WhatsApp templates messages
